Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or complicated… And I get so much satisfaction by being able to grow my own vegetables. And I have containers that I’m growing tomatoes and green peppers in so if you live in a place where you can’t have a ground Garden… Get containers and grow your vegetables. I’m growing a lot of my herbs in containers as well.
Oh My! Sesame Ginger coconut stir fry chicken and vegetables over wilted greens from the garden….
What’s in there you ask… Kale, spinach, red and green leaf romaine lettuce, green onion, Red Onion, celery, carrots, parsley, vegetable flakes, garlic, coconut oil, lime juice, Ginger of course, seasoned pepper, and chicken breast….a whole bunch of HEALTHY YUMMY-ness!!
