• My Nutritional Day! I’m doing Intermittent Fasting…but, I’m staying under 800 calories a day for a week.
  • Then I’m “going” liquid protein for a day…then back to nutrient-dense foods and veggies.
  • Purging my body of toxic junk…adding more protein on days I go work out.

 

I’m trying to really be accountable for my nutritional intake. My health is getting better because of it. I am no longer pre-diabetic, blood pressure is great, cholesterol is almost perfect…
